Getting Started
Yes, you need a free account to take quizzes, save your results, and earn certificates. Registration
takes less than a minute and is completely free.
Yes, the platform is free for all individual users. Some groups may have membership fees set by their
admin, but the core quiz experience is always free.
Go to the Quizzes page, browse or search for a topic, and click
Start Quiz. You'll see a timer and question set — answer all questions and submit to
see your results instantly.
Quizzes & Results
Yes, you can retake most quizzes. Your best score is recorded on your profile. Each attempt is saved
in your quiz history so you can track your improvement over time.
Each correct answer earns you points. Your percentage score is calculated as (correct answers ÷
total questions) × 100. Some quizzes may have negative marking — this is shown before you
start.
Certificates are automatically generated when you score above the passing mark (usually 60–70%, shown
per quiz). Go to your Results page and click Download
Certificate on any passing attempt.
Groups
A quiz group is a shared space where members can take the same quizzes, compare scores, and be managed
by a group admin. Perfect for classrooms, training sessions, or friend circles.
Browse available groups on the Groups page and click Join
Group. Some groups require admin approval. If a group has a membership fee, you'll be
directed to complete payment via Stripe.
Yes. Logged-in users can create a group from the Groups page. As a group
admin you can invite members, assign quizzes, and view everyone's results.
Account & Security
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll
receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Account deletion requests can be submitted via the Contact page. Please note
that deleting your account permanently removes all quiz history, results, and certificates.
