👤 Account & Login

Click Register in the top navigation or footer. Enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a confirmation and can log in immediately.

Click Login then Forgot Password. Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.

Go to My Profile after logging in. You can update your display name, avatar, and other details there.

Email changes require contacting support. Use the Contact page with your current email and the new one you want to use.

Your session may be expiring. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. Avoid using incognito mode if you want to stay logged in.

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your quiz history and certificates. Submit a request via the Contact page.

📝 Taking Quizzes

Go to Quizzes, find one you like, and click Start Quiz. Read the instructions, then click Begin when ready.

Your quiz is automatically submitted with whatever answers you've completed. Unanswered questions are marked incorrect.

No — quizzes run on a continuous timer and cannot be paused. Make sure you're in a stable environment before starting.

Yes. Use the question navigation panel on the side to jump to any question. You can change answers before the final submit.

Score % = (correct answers ÷ total questions) × 100. Some quizzes apply negative marking — this is shown on the quiz start screen.

Yes. Your best score is saved on your profile. All attempts are stored in your quiz history so you can track improvement.

Wait a few seconds and refresh your Results page. If the result still doesn't appear, contact support with the quiz name and time of attempt.

🎓 Certificates

Score above the passing threshold on any quiz (usually 60–70%, shown before you start). The certificate is generated automatically on a passing attempt.

Go to My Results, find the passing attempt, and click Download Certificate. It downloads as a PDF.

Certificates use the name on your profile. Update your name at My Profile, then re-download the certificate from your results.

Yes. Each certificate has a unique ID. Anyone can verify it by visiting our certificate verification page and entering the certificate ID.

Not all quizzes offer certificates. Only quizzes marked as "Certificate Eligible" generate one. Check the quiz details before starting.

👥 Groups

Go to Groups, browse available groups, and click Join Group. Some groups require admin approval. Others may have a membership fee.

Log in and visit the Groups page. Click Create Group, fill in the name, description, and settings.

As a group admin, go to your group's admin panel and share the group link or send invitations directly to user emails.

Yes. Group admins can manage members from the group admin panel — including approving, removing, or changing roles.

Some groups charge a one-time or recurring fee set by the group admin. You'll be directed to a secure Stripe payment page before joining.

Go to your group page and click the Results or Leaderboard tab to see all member scores for group-assigned quizzes.

Yes, there is no limit to how many groups you can join.

Go to your group page and use the Leave Group option. Note: paid memberships are non-refundable unless the admin approves a refund.

💳 Payments & Billing

Yes — taking individual quizzes and earning certificates is completely free. Only some groups charge a membership fee set by the group admin.

When you click Join Group on a paid group, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page. We accept cards and UPI.

Payments are processed via Stripe webhook. If membership isn't activated within a few minutes, contact support with your Stripe payment reference.

Refunds are at the discretion of the group admin. Contact the group admin first; if unresolved, submit a request via Contact Us.

🔧 Technical Issues

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Clear your browser cache. If the issue persists, contact support with the URL and a screenshot.

The timer runs server-side. If your connection drops mid-quiz, the timer keeps running. Use a stable internet connection when attempting timed quizzes.

Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers) and try again. If still broken, report it via Contact Us.

QuizHub works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Use the Contact page and select Technical Issue. Include the page URL, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if possible.
